Spring Release 2024

The Spring Release encompasses 3 main areas of the product:

1) Content Creation and Management

2) User Interface and Experience

and 3) Data and Insights

Let's dive into the updates for each area:

1) Content Creation and Management

We've introduced 8 new ways of creating and managing your content and campaigns in Atobi. In the update, you can read more about Categories, Templates, Glossary, Polls and SCORM-blocks, Sequential and Recurring Actions, and our new AI Quiz Generator.

Categories:

Tag your content and actions with a category.

Categories unlock a deeper level of analysis than ever before, as you can now filter your data and insights by product category, season, action types, and more.

This makes it easier to identify top-performing and at-risk categories to take action on!

Templates:

Templates are pre-filled articles that follow a certain structure. Templates enable Creators and Admins to standardize content and proceduresacross markets.

This way, Admins and Creators spend less time create the same content over and over again.

And on the flip-side, store staff receive new information in a familiar format, boosting knowledge retention.

Glossary:

The Glossary is a list of phrases and words you want translated in specific ways, or not translated to specific languages at all.

This way you can deliver unified terminology and communication across all of your markets.

Polls and SCORM-blocks:

Gather opinions and insights by creating a poll. Embed SCORM content into an Atobi Article to quickly and easily migrate content to your Atobi app.

Sequential and Recurring Actions:

Sequential actions create a structured learning path and experience for store staff.

Recurring actions repeat an action according to a fixed schedule.

AI Quiz Generator:

Create quizzes about your products, procedures, courses in seconds, with our new AI Quiz Generator.

2) User Interface and Experience

We made 2 visual overhauls to the platform: one for our mobile app, and one for our desktop app, both of which introduce a new Home Screen, Social Feeds, and a new look and feel.

New Home Screen:

The new Home Screen gives store staff simple overview of everything that’s important for their workday:

  • Upcoming Actions you’ve been assigned to

  • A widget for your sales KPIs

  • New content or campaigns

  • Uncompleted content or campaigns

New Social Feeds:

Social feeds have gotten a visual overhaul, and are now cleaner and more feature-rich. Segment your news based on “Groups” of audiences, and give granular permissions for who can post, and who can view. Companies can now also create an unlimited amount of feeds.

New look and feel for our Desktop App:

We've done a visual overhaul of the Atobi desktop app, so the navigation bar is grouped by feature type.

3) Data and Insights

We've leveled up the Data and Insights available in Atobi. Our updates include 3 new ways of viewing and slicing your quantitative and qualitative data from the shop-floor.

Action Answer Overview:

We’ve gathered answers, submissions, quiz scores and more, across all of your stores - in one place.

Filter and slice the data by country, partner, store and roles (such as part-timers or full-timers).

Article Engagement Dashboard:

Engagement Dashboards are now also available in an article-specific version.

This gives you an overview of how some content or campaigns have performed over time, and gives insights into what you can do to reach and engage more store staff to drive sell-out at the point of sale.

Member Status Dashboard:

The new Member Status Dashboards gives you new insights into how active your community members are.
Use it to identify high-performing or at-risk markets, partners, stores or store staff and take action!
